TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns the acquisition of a warehouse management system (WMS) and related maintenance, support, and development services. Leijona Catering Oy (hereinafter the Contracting Authority) will select one (1) supplier who will be responsible for system implementation, installation, maintenance, and development. The maintenance service includes WMS system maintenance, error and fault management, user support, security and version updates, integration support, expert and development work, continuity and recovery support, as well as service coordination and reporting support throughout the duration of the contract. The warehouse management system will operate in the Contracting Authority's own IT environment ("on-premise"). The employees of the supplier responsible for maintaining the warehouse management system must have security clearances.
