TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns the purchase of a warehouse management system (WMS) and related maintenance, support, and development services. Leijona Catering Oy (hereinafter the Client) will select one (1) supplier responsible for the system's deployment, installation, maintenance, and development. The maintenance service includes the maintenance of the WMS system, error and incident management, user support, security and version updates, integration support, expert and development work, continuity and recovery support, as well as service coordination and reporting support throughout the duration of the contract. The warehouse management system will operate in the Client's own IT environment ("on-premise"). The supplier's employees responsible for maintaining the warehouse management system must have security clearances.
