TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Espoo and Kiinteistö Oy Espoon Keskuskeittiö (each later also referred to as the Contracting Authority) request tenders for maintenance and repair services for standby generators. The Contracting Authority’s most typical orders to suppliers are annual maintenance for standby generators and repairs of faults identified in connection with such maintenance. The power class of the current standby generators in the Espoo City’s corporate unit Tilapalvelut (Premises Services) is 10 kW – 1200 kW. Most of the units have a rated power of under 100 kW. There are an estimated 50 units. For the framework arrangement to be formed on the basis of the tendering procedure, three (3) suppliers and one (1) reserve supplier will be selected. A more detailed description of the subject matter of the procurement is provided in Appendix 1 of the request for tenders: “Description of the subject matter of the procurement”. The estimated total value of the procurement without value added tax is EUR 500,000. Of this, the City of Espoo’s share is EUR 400,000 and Kiinteistö Oy Espoon Keskuskeittiö’s share is EUR 100,000.
