TENDER DESCRIPTION

The employment regions of the Helsinki, Espoo-Kauniainen, Vantaa, Tampere region, Turku region and Oulu region (hereinafter the C6 employment authorities / the Contracting Entity / the Contracting Entities) procure, together as a joint procurement, separate studies for an early childhood education teacher provided as recruiting labour training. The procured studies are organised as labour training that increases occupational competence and readiness, organised by the employment authority in accordance with the Act on the organisation of labour services (380/2023, Sections 61–62), which is implemented as a joint procurement. This is a procurement that is in accordance with Section E of the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts 1397/2016 (the Procurement Act). In selecting students for the procured education, in organising the teaching and in managing the education, the Act on the organisation of labour services (380/2023) and the Universities Act (558/2009) are applied, as well as the decrees that specify the above-mentioned Acts.
