TENDER DESCRIPTION

The employment regions of Helsinki, Espoo-Kauniainen, Vantaa, the Tampere region, the Turku region and the Oulu region (hereinafter the C6 employment authorities / the Contracting Authority / the Contracting Authorities) procure, in cooperation, separate studies for an early childhood education teacher arranged as recruiting employment training as a joint procurement. The procured studies are arranged as employment training to increase professional competence and readiness arranged by the employment authority in accordance with the Act on the arrangement of employment services (380/2023, Sections 61–62), implemented as a joint procurement. This is a contract in accordance with Annex E of the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts 1397/2016 (the Procurement Act). In the student selection for the procured education, the organisation of teaching and the administration of the education, the Act on the arrangement of employment services (380/2023) and the Universities Act (558/2009), as well as the regulations that specify the above-mentioned Acts, are applied.
