TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of one (1) city futsal hall in accordance with the construction plans, on a property located within the internal area of the block bounded by Szabadság tér – Szentvér u. – Édesanyák útja – Báthori utca in 4300 Nyírbátor, as part of a property owned by Nyírbátor City Municipality under plot no. 2537/4. The planned hall is designed as a ground floor + 2-storey facility, with a usable floor area of approximately 3,250 m2, while the building’s gross built-up floor area is approximately 2,310 m2. The hall part of the building has a steel frame structure with a span of 32.78 m, whereas the other parts of the building are made with reinforced concrete column frames and a monolithic reinforced concrete floor structure, with load-bearing and stiffening masonry walls. Approximately 1,490 m2 of sports parquet flooring is to be installed in the hall part. Within the scope of the investment, the successful contractor’s tasks include carrying out the external utility services required for the building, as well as road and landscaping construction works, and obtaining the final occupancy permit for use.
