TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of one (1) city futsal hall in accordance with the construction plans, on the property owned by Nyírbátor Town Municipality, located within the block’s inner area bordered by Szabadság tér, Szentvér u., Édesanyák útja and Báthori utca, Hrsz. 2537/4, in the locality of 4300 Nyírbátor. The planned hall will be designed as ground floor plus 2 storeys; the usable floor area will be approximately 3,250 m², while the building’s gross built-up floor area will be approximately 2,310 m². The hall part of the building will have a steel frame structure with a span of 32.78 m; the other parts of the building will be made with reinforced-concrete pillar framing, with a monolithic reinforced-concrete floor structure and load-bearing and stiffening masonry walls. The hall area will be fitted with approximately 1,490 m² of sports parquet flooring. As part of the investment, the successful contractor’s task includes carrying out the external utility works, road works and landscaping works required for the building, as well as obtaining the final use-commissioning permit as well.
