TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is security and alarm centre services in the Wellbeing Services County of Kainuu. The service covers the sites defined by the Client in the Assignment Contracts. Security services include local guarding, patrol guarding (formerly district guarding), alarm and on-demand guarding. The purpose of the guarding services is to maintain and promote security in the agreed guarding areas and sites and, when necessary, to take measures within the limits permitted by law (Act on Private Security Services 1085/2015) to restore security. The security and alarm centre service consists, among other things, of the following services (described in more detail in the Service Description (Appendix 6): - Local guarding; including the associated on-demand guarding (a single task ordered in advance) - Alarm visits - Patrol guarding (formerly district guarding) - Alarm centre service (e.g. testing burglary alarm systems / transferring alarms, receiving alarms) - Alarms related to personal safety, property and premises in the premises and properties of the Wellbeing Services County of Kainuu (including, for example, monitoring that doors are kept closed, fridge alarms,…
