TENDER DESCRIPTION

The West Uusimaa Welfare Area (hereinafter also the Contracting Authority) requests tenders for the procurement of Guarding and Security Services. The subject matter of the procurement is the Guarding and Security Services of the entire West Uusimaa Welfare Area. The services to be procured, in respect of Guarding and Security Services, are divided into administrative and support services, reporting, alarm centre services, guarding and crowd control, remote monitoring services, security screening, and other necessary security services. One (1) Supplier and one (1) substitute supplier are selected for the procurement. The contract period is indefinite. The estimated value of the procurement is EUR 12,000,000. The service will be produced mainly at the sites described in Appendix 1.5 “Guarding Sites”. Appendix 1.5 is a confidential appendix and is subject to a confidentiality agreement.
