The subject of the framework agreement is the purchase of backup power supply systems together with delivery and installation works (hereinafter referred to as backup power supply systems) for different sites across Estonia. Under the framework agreement, the contracting authority will purchase, as expected, 10 but at most 13 backup power supply systems.
