TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract concerns the construction of a three-parallel F–6 school for a total of 570 pupils, and a separate full-size sports hall. The school building includes, among other things, a music and arts school, an after-school recreation centre, a preparation kitchen for 600 portions, a shelter with 300 places, and overnight accommodation for approximately 350 people. The roofs of the school and the sports hall will be fitted with solar panels. The sports hall is included in the contract but will then be handed over to the Sports and Associations Administration. The contract also includes developing the schoolyard with an area of approx. 10,700 sq m, including parking spaces and an access area, as well as several ancillary buildings placed in the yard and on the access area.
