TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement comprises the following services: As part of the project “Sanierung Technikzentrale LZ10” (Refurbishment of the technical central unit LZ10), air-handling/ventilation installations are required in Terminal 1, Building Geb. 200 (outdoor area) and Building Geb. 202 (connecting corridor BC). The refurbishment is to be carried out while operations continue. In this context, a compartmentalised approach is to be expected, with varying levels of work intensity. The work will be carried out in the public area, the operations area and the security area of Fraport AG; the necessary access requirements are assumed to be met. Dismantling: - approx. 210 m of flexible connections without thermal insulation - approx. 8 fire protection dampers Installation: - 1x RLT (air handling unit) partial air-conditioning unit approx. 18,000 m³/h - approx. 750 m² ventilation duct - approx. 90 m flexible pipe plus all fittings and air outlets.
