TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this procurement are the following services: As part of the project “Sanierung Technikzentrale LZ10” (Renovation of the Technical Centre LZ10), air-conditioning and ventilation installations are required in Terminal 1, Building Geb. 200 (outdoor area) and Building Geb. 202 (connecting corridor BC). The renovation is to be carried out while operations are ongoing. A small-scale execution with different intensities of work is to be assumed. The work will take place in the public areas, the operational areas and the security areas of Fraport AG; the necessary access requirements are assumed. Dismantling: - approx. 210 m flexible connections without thermal insulation - approx. 8 fire protection dampers Installation: - 1x RLT part air-conditioning unit approx. 18,000 m³/h - approx. 750 m² ventilation duct - approx. 90 m flexible pipe Plus all fittings and air outlets. Planned start of execution: approx. 2nd quarter 2027 Planned completion of execution: approx. 2nd quarter 2028
