TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of this procurement includes the following services: As part of the project “Sanierung Technikzentrale LZ10” (renovation of the technical central LZ10), heating and cooling as well as water and wastewater installations are required in Terminal 1, building “Geb. 203” (technical central LZ10 and PTS railway station). The renovation is to be carried out while operations are ongoing. It is assumed that the work will be carried out in small units, with different levels of work intensity. The work will take place both in public areas and within the operational area of Fraport AG; the necessary access requirements are assumed.
