The subject of this procurement is the following services: As part of the project “Refurbishment of the Technical Central LZ10”, room air-conditioning system installations are required in Terminal 1, Building Geb. 203 (Technical Central LZ10 and PTS railway station). The refurbishment is to be carried out while operations are ongoing. Small-scale work with varying levels of workload intensity is to be assumed. The work will be carried out both in the public area and within the operating area of Fraport AG; the necessary access prerequisites are assumed.
