Complete demolition of the school building, four storeys, gross floor area approx. 3,696 m², enclosed volume approx. 10,902 m³, after hazardous substance remediation and stripping out, including foundations, deep foundations and underground services ducts; lump-sum structural stability certificates for the demolition conditions; lump-sum hazardous substance remediation in black areas in accordance with the Technical Rules for Hazardous Substances TRGS 519: asbestos-containing floor coverings and covering adhesives approx. 2,000 m², plasterboard walls and ceilings with asbestos-containing putty compounds approx. 550 m², mineral wool insulation (artificial mineral fibres) in floors, walls and ceilings approx. 2,700 m² and on pipework approx. 1,150 m; tar-containing insulations, coverings and sealing materials approx. 1,320 m²; disposal of hazardous waste (asbestos, artificial mineral fibres, tar-containing products) approx. 130 t.
