TENDER DESCRIPTION
Three-storey new school building in timber construction. The building comprises a ground floor and two upper floors. GFA= 2176 m2. The maximum external dimensions are approximately L x W x H 41.50 m x 17.70 m x 10.80 m. On the roof of the new school building, a continuous retention roof with a slope will be constructed. It is a green-roof build-up with extensive landscaping and a supporting structure for PV. The roof sealing level is provided by the client’s work (the contractor’s timber construction) on site and is not part of the scope of performance. The scope of performance of this tender essentially includes the green-roof works, including: - Overall build-up of extensive green roof starting from the top of waterproofing - Extensive planting - Retention layer - Substructure for photovoltaic systems - Gravel strips - Maintenance walkway - Perimeter inspection shafts - Care and maintenance, monitoring - ATV DIN 18338 Roofing works - ATV DIN 18339 Sheet metal work - ATV DIN 18320 Landscaping works
