TENDER DESCRIPTION

Three-storey school new build in timber construction. The building has a ground floor and two upper floors. GFA= 2,176 m2. The maximum external dimensions are approximately LxBxH 41.50 m x 17.70 m x 10.80 m. On the roof of the new school building, a continuous retention roof with a slope (fall) will be constructed. It is a green-roof build-up with extensive landscaping and substructure for PV (photovoltaics) provided. The roof sealing density layer level is provided by the contractor’s timber construction on site and is not part of the scope of work. The scope of this invitation to tender essentially includes the green roof works including: - Overall build-up of the extensive green roof starting from the top of the waterproofing membrane (OK Abdichtung) - Extensive planting - Retention layer - Substructure for photovoltaic systems - Gravel strips - Maintenance walkway - Edge monitoring inspection shafts (boundary control shafts) - Care and maintenance, monitoring - ATV DIN 18338 Roofing works - ATV DIN 18339 Sheet metal work - ATV DIN 18320 Landscaping works Three-storey school new build in timber construction.
