Bill of quantities description for VE22_trade Tiling work General description The Samtgemeinde Ostheide is building a new school building at the Primary School Barendorf using timber construction instead of an existing building. In addition, modification and refurbishment measures are being carried out in other parts of the building. The new building includes classrooms, toilets and a lift and has a floor area of approx. 672 m2. The new building, component D, is two-storeyed and will be connected to the existing building. The overall dimensions of the new construction are 48 m in length and 14 m in width. Execution in timber construction. Load-bearing walls and ceilings are made of timber; some areas, due to fire protection requirements, are constructed using solid construction. Green roof with PV. No basement.
