Construction description for VE22_Trade Tiling Works General description The Ostheide Joint Municipality is constructing a new school building in timber construction at Barendorf Primary School, replacing an existing building. In addition, remodeling and refurbishment measures will be carried out in other parts of the building. The new building will include classrooms, toilets, and an elevator, with a footprint of approx. 672 m2. The new building, section D, is two-storey and will be connected to the existing building. The overall dimensions of the new building are 48 m in length, 14 m in width. Executed in timber construction. Load-bearing walls and ceilings are made of wood, some areas constructed in solid construction due to fire protection. Green roof with PV. No basement.
