TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Tanzhaus (dance hall) at Reichsstraße 34 in 86609 Donauwörth is a municipal building in the centre of Donauwörth. Originally, the building was already constructed around 1400; however, it was completely destroyed during the Second World War. The current building is a new build from 1975 without integration of original building components, but visually aligned with the historical circumstances. The building has been included in the list of listed buildings in Bavaria. Since 2016, the Tanzhaus has been vacant and is no longer used.
