TENDER DESCRIPTION
The dance house, Reichsstraße 34 in 86609 Donauwörth, is an urban building in the center of Donauwörth. The building was originally erected as early as around 1400, but was completely destroyed in the Second World War. The current building is a new build from 1975 with no integration of original building components, but visually aligned with the historical circumstances. The building has been included in the list of listed buildings of Bavaria. Since 2016, the dance house has been vacant and is no longer used. Rough dimensions: - Creation of granite paving areas: approx. 1,000 m² - Creation of stair steps: approx. 1,250 m - Creation of seating blocks: approx. 12 m - Installation of wooden coverings: approx. 2 m - Installation of bicycle racks: 3 pcs - Planting of trees: 4 pcs
