The Mühlenkreiskliniken AöR plan the new construction of the Lübbecker Land clinic at Gabelhorst road in 32339 Espelkamp. Preliminary measures are planned to prepare the building site. The preliminary measures include: - approx. 52,620 m³ excavation (glacial till) for excavation pit construction - approx. 19,740 m³ excavation (meltwater sands/-gravels) for excavation pit construction - approx. 7,600 m³ excavation (laminated clay) for excavation pit construction - approx. 102,010 t transport+disposal of excavated soil material (glacial till) to a recovery/use site - approx. 5,470 m³ supply, installation and compaction of sub-base course from GE/GW/SE/SW - approx. 8,280 m² slope-/ground modelling of the excavation areas, up to 45 degrees - approx. 1,265 m microdrilled piles as uplift anchors - approx. 1,065 m² bearer sheet pile walls as Essen retaining system - approx. 6,100 m ring earth electrode V4A Rd10 to be laid The construction project is located on a former agricultural site. Before the complete stripping of topsoil, construction roads and the bypass and turning areas must be established. Part of the topsoil is stored on an adjacent area for later construction measures.…
