Mühlenkreiskliniken AöR plan the new construction of the Lübbecker Land clinic in 32339 Espelkamp on Gabelhorst street. Preliminary measures are planned to prepare the construction site. The preliminary measures include: - approx. 52,620 m³ soil excavation (glacial till) for excavation pit construction - approx. 19,740 m³ soil excavation (meltwater sands/gravel) for excavation pit construction - approx. 7,600 m³ soil excavation (silty clay/shale) for excavation pit construction - approx. 102,010 t removal+disposal of excavated soil (glacial till) to the recovery/use site - approx. 5,470 m³ sub-base layer of GE/GW/SE/SW to supply, install and compact - approx. 8,280 m² slope/bottom modelling of the excavation areas, up to 45 degrees - approx. 1,265 m micro-drilled piles as uplift anchors to install - approx. 1,065 m² sheet-pile trench walls as Essener shoring to fabricate - approx. 6,100 m ring conductor V4A Rd10 to lay The construction project is located on a former agricultural area.
