TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the public contract is the provision of services in the collection, hauling and disposal of mixed municipal waste /SKO/, separately collected waste and biowaste /BRKO/ for the City of Velešín and the adjacent municipalities within the cadastral territory of the City of Velešín, and to the extent specified as follows: a) collection, hauling and removal of SKO, b) collection, hauling and disposal of separately collected waste – plastics, c) collection, hauling and disposal of separately collected waste – paper, d) collection, hauling and disposal of separately collected waste – mixed glass, e) collection, hauling and disposal of biowaste, f) rental of containers for SKO, separately collected waste and BRKO, in the numbers, volumes and container type/design specified in the annexes to the Contract. In providing the services, the contractor is obliged to comply with generally binding legal regulations, in particular Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on Waste, as amended (hereinafter also referred to as the “Waste Act”).
