TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contracting authority assumes an average workload of 550 hours per year. For the basic contract of three years, this means that 1650 hours are to be expected; for the extension option of up to four additional years, a further 2200 hours. This results in a total of 3850 hours including the extension option and a minimum reserve of 10% for unforeseen circumstances (e.g. additional tasks). In Annex 06 (workload estimate), the hours up to 2034 must be taken into account. No product/brand/design or type designations are used. Should such designations be listed in exceptional cases, equivalent alternatives are permitted. The equivalence must be demonstrated by the tenderer.
