TENDER DESCRIPTION

This invitation to tender covers the commissioning and operation of a total of 47 vending machines (concession contract), distributed as follows: * 39 machines and 3 table top on the Ecublens site, * 5 machines on the associated campuses of Neuchâtel, Sion and Fribourg. The detailed distribution of these points of sale is set out in point 4.1 of the specifications. Below is a non-exhaustive list of the type of offer expected by EPFL: * Sweet snacks: Fruits, seed mix, puffed balls, madeleines, cakes, seasonal dried fruits, cookies, fruit compotes, popcorn, chocolate, brioche, shortbread biscuits, fruit pastes, yogurt, etc. * Savory snacks: popcorn, cereal chips, mini-flutes, crackers, etc. * Cold drinks: apple juice, sparkling apple juice, fruit nectars, iced teas, cold infusions, lemonades, kombuchas, coldbrew (CH), colas, etc. * Hot drinks: coffee, espresso, ristretto, milk-based coffee such as cappuccino, macchiato, hot water with tea bags, etc. Please refer to the specifications for more information.
