TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contract for the maintenance of the marinas of the City of Varkaus includes, in accordance with the contract documents, the maintenance of the small marinas and jetties presented in the contract documents. In addition, the contract includes the maintenance of the constructed waterfront sites and winter storage sites in accordance with the contract documents. The contract includes monitoring mooring fees in all small marinas, at undeveloped and developed waterfront sites, and at winter storage sites. The contract includes monitoring private jetties on the city’s land as well as arranging fuel sales for boaters at the Taipale tourism marina.
