TENDER DESCRIPTION

Venue Forum HR For the managers of the Federal Employment Agency (BA), an appropriate conference hotel is required for a two-day congress, with corresponding room capacity and high quality requirements (at least 4 stars according to the DEHOGA classification). The service includes accommodation, catering, and conference rooms with appropriate technical and media equipment. The measure is referred to as “Forum HR” and is intended to take place with an estimated number of participants of 280 to a maximum of 310 people. The exact number of participants cannot yet be stated at the time of the invitation to tender. Dates: Three alternative dates are available: •23./24.03.2027 or •30./31.03.2027 or •06./07.04.2027 The specific date depends on the hotel’s corresponding availability. The contract will be awarded to the most cost-effective offer. Please indicate in the scope of services section of your tender submission which date you are submitting an offer for. Participants will arrive in the morning, no later than midday.
