TENDER DESCRIPTION
The municipality of Ridderkerk has decided to carry out a renewal build for CBS De Regenboog, including childcare (total approx. 2,444 m2 BVO). The renewal build takes place at the current location of CBS De Regenboog. The Contract concerns the contractors carrying out the renovation and extension of IKC De Regenboog in Ridderkerk. The Contract includes the renovation of the existing building (approx. 1,515 m²) and the realisation of a new-build extension of approx. 1,014 m². In broad terms, the renovation and extension consists of: ▪ demolition work for the low-rise buildings to be demolished; ▪ internal demolition work for the internal renovation of the existing building; ▪ the realisation of the extension; ▪ the realisation of the internal renovation.
