TENDER DESCRIPTION
The In-depth Personal Leadership Intervention (VPL) can be understood as a bundle of interventions/work formats that are offered externally within existing leadership programmes (including more later) and that, in total, last from 1 to approximately 1.5 days per programme. The VPL is intended to deepen the personal leadership of participants in the leadership programmes, who gain deeper insight into their qualities, areas for development, drivers and beliefs. In this Assignment, we make a distinction between talent development programmes and regular development programmes. The talent development programmes are: • TMG top, a talent programme for future TMG members; • The Candidate Programme (KP), a talent programme for future top managers (directors). The regular development programmes are: • ABD LaB (Leadership to the Ground) for top managers (directors); • OPL, Leadership Development Programme for senior executives (managers).
