TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Municipality of Zaanstad intends to enter into an Agreement with a Contractor that supports residents in taking insulation measures for their home. The Municipality of Zaanstad considers it important that one identifiable company is the long-term, trusted point of contact for residents. One campaign creates a consistent and long-lasting identifiable image. See procurement documents. In order to provide financial support to residents for taking insulation measures for their home, two subsidy schemes may apply: Housing Fund 1 (VHF1) and Housing Fund 3 (VHF3): VHF1: Subsidy scheme Making homes more sustainable, Zaandam East 2024 – 2028: Scope of subsidy: approximately 250 homes made more sustainable to energy label B or with 3 label steps. The available ongoing residual subsidy is approximately € 3.1 million for insulation measures for homeowners and VvE’s. The term of the subsidy scheme runs from June 2025 through 31 December 2028 or until the subsidy ceiling has been reached.
