TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender procedure is the services under Lot 1 - Building Planning pursuant to §§ 33 et seq. HOAI for service phases 1 - 3 (partially) and 5 – 9 (partially), concerning the interior fit-out of the Kita Kastanienhof. The City of Neuwied intends to rent a replacement area for the existing KiTa Raiffeisenring, which has a high investment backlog, in the new construction project Kastanienhof for accommodating four daycare groups. The concept envisions an open daycare concept for 100 children aged 3-6 years. The involvement of representatives of the future users is desired. The rental area will be constructed by the investor as a refined shell and handed over to the city in 2026. The subsequent interior fit-out, which meets the requirements for operating a daycare center, will be implemented by the City of Neuwied and is the subject of the building planning.
