TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender procedure is services under the scope of Lot 1 - Object planning building according to §§ 33 ff. HOAI for service phases 1 - 3 (partly) and 5 - 9 (partly), concerning the interior fitting of the Kita Kastanienhof. The city of Neuwied intends to rent a replacement space for the existing KiTa-Raiffeisenring, which has a high investment backlog, in the new building project Kastanienhof to accommodate four day-care groups. The concept foresees an open daycare concept for 100 children aged 3-6 years. The involvement of representatives of the future users is desired. The rental area is constructed by the investor as a refined shell and handed over to the city in 2026. The subsequent interior fitting, which meets the requirements for the operation of a daycare center, is realized by the city of Neuwied and is the planning subject of the object planning. The rental area extends over the basement and ground floor. The planning status is so advanced that partial service phases 1-3 and service phase 4 have already been fully completed (building permit incl. fire protection concept from December 2025, see annex Permit-No. 847_25).
