TENDER DESCRIPTION

The city of Neuwied intends to rent a replacement area for the existing KiTa-Raiffeisenring, which has a high investment backlog, in the new construction project Kastanienhof to accommodate four daycare groups. The concept foresees an open daycare concept for 100 children aged 3-6 years. The involvement of representatives of the future users is desired. The rental area will be constructed by the investor as a refined shell and handed over to the city in 2026. The subsequent interior finishing, meeting the requirements for the operation of a daycare center, will be implemented by the city of Neuwied and is the planning subject of the object planning. The rental area extends over the basement and ground floor. The planning status is sufficiently advanced that phases LPH 1-3 and LPH 4 have already been completed in part (building permit including fire protection concept from December 2025, see attachment Approval No. 847_25).
