TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Neuwied intends to lease a replacement area for the existing KiTa-Raiffeisenring, which currently has a high investment backlog, within the new construction project Kastanienhof to accommodate four daycare groups. The concept envisages an open daycare concept for 100 children aged 3-6 years. The involvement of the future users' representatives is desired. The rental area will be provided by the investor as a refined shell construction and handed over to the city in 2026. The subsequent interior fitting, which complies with the operational requirements of a daycare center, will be carried out by the City of Neuwied and is the subject of the building design planning. The rental area extends over the basement and ground floor. The planning status is advanced to the extent that the LPH 1-3 and LPH 4 have already been fully completed in part (building permit including fire protection concept from December 2025, see attachment Approval No. 847_25).
