TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contractor assumes responsibility for providing the cloud infrastructure, migrating the existing GIS environment, and subsequent technical operation. The scope of services in particular includes: - Provision and operation of two mirrored data center locations, including the required computing, storage, and network resources; - Taking over the agreed data sets, applications, configurations, services and interfaces from the environment operated by hannIT; - Installation and configuration of the required operating systems, databases, GIS software and specialized applications; - Offering and brokering the Esri SG-EA contract, and providing the additionally required software licenses while taking into account existing usage rights; - Technical connection of the contracting authority and ensuring the intended access options for authorized users; - Operation, monitoring, maintenance, updates and fault rectification of the components to be operated by the contractor in accordance with the delineations of this chapter; - Data backup and restoration, and ensuring the transfer of operations in the event of failure of a data center location; - Training, documentation and support for…
