TENDER DESCRIPTION

The district of Hildesheim intends to renovate the flat roof surfaces of the main building of the Vocational School Alfeld. The main building was constructed in the 1980s and is part of a larger, architecturally complex school complex. The roof surfaces to be renovated, approximately 3200 m2 including roof domes and smoke extraction systems (RWA), are located above level 5 in the upper part of the building as well as above level 4 in the lower part of the building. The roof surfaces are extensive, angled, and due to the existing building structure and technical roof installations, are to be classified as demanding in terms of planning and organization. The existing roof construction is in need of renovation and is to be renewed. The scope of the later construction work will likely include the removal of the existing roof waterproofing or the existing roof construction as well as the construction of a new professionally executed flat roof structure.
