TENDER DESCRIPTION

The district of Hildesheim intends to renovate the flat roof surfaces of the main building of the Vocational School Alfeld. The main building was constructed in the 1980s and is part of a larger, architecturally complex school complex. The roof surfaces to be renovated, approximately 3200 m2 with roof domes and smoke and heat extraction systems (RWA), are located above level 5 in the upper building section and above level 4 in the lower building section. The roof surfaces are large-scale, angled, and classified as demanding both in terms of planning and organization due to the existing building structure and technical roof installations. The existing roof structure is in need of renovation and is to be renewed. The subject of the later construction work will presumably be the dismantling of the existing roof waterproofing or the existing roof structure as well as the creation of a new, professionally correct flat roof structure. The existing parapets, connections, penetrations, drainage points, and technical installations must be taken into account during planning.
