TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the planning services for building and interior facilities planning in accordance with Section 34 of the HOAI, service phases 3-9, as well as for external facilities in accordance with Section 39 of the HOAI, service phases 1-9, for the extension of the Holle elementary school, including the adjustments and redesign of the outdoor facilities required for this purpose. The measure includes the expansion of an existing school building by adding two floors to the special classroom wing. The planning is to be carried out taking into account ongoing school operations, the existing building fabric, as well as the required technical and functional requirements. The aim is an economical, functional, and permanently flexible extension of the school building. The planning services are to be initiated immediately after the contract is awarded.
