TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the award comprises the planning services for the object planning of buildings and interior spaces pursuant to § 34 HOAI, service phases 3-9, as well as outdoor facilities pursuant to § 39 HOAI, service phases 1-9, for the extension (additional storeys) of the Holle elementary school, including the adjustments and redesign of the outdoor facilities required for this purpose. The measure includes the extension of an existing school building by adding two storeys to the special-classroom wing. The planning is to be carried out taking into account ongoing school operations, the existing building fabric, as well as the technical and functional requirements that are necessary. The aim is an economical, functional and permanently flexible extension of the school building. The planning services are to be taken up immediately after award of the contract.
