Appointment of a network operator for the expansion or construction and operation of a gigabit network under the directive "Funding to support the gigabit expansion of telecommunications networks in the Federal Republic of Germany" - Federal Gigabit Directive 2.0 (Gigabit-RL 2.0) as published by the Federal Ministry for Digital and State Modernization on 13.01.2025 including the ancillary provisions applicable at the time of the notice.
