Appointment of a network operator for the build-out and operation of a gigabit network under the guideline “Promotion to support the gigabit expansion of telecommunications networks in the Federal Republic of Germany” – Federal Gigabit Guideline 2.0 (Gigabit-RL 2.0) in the contract notice by the Federal Ministry for Digital Affairs and State Modernisation dated 13.01.2025, including the ancillary provisions applicable at the time the notice is published.
