Selection of a network operator for the build-out and operation of a gigabit network under the guidelines “Funding to support the gigabit expansion of telecommunications networks in the Federal Republic of Germany” – Gigabit Guidelines of the Federal Government 2.0 (Gigabit-RL 2.0) in the contract award notice by the Federal Ministry for Digital Affairs and State Modernisation (Bundesministerium für Digitales und Staatsmodernisierung) dated 13.01.2025, including the ancillary provisions applicable at the time of publication.
