Appointment of a network operator for the expansion or construction and operation of a gigabit network within the framework of the directive "Promotion to support the expansion of gigabit telecommunications networks in the Federal Republic of Germany" - Federal Gigabit Directive 2.0 (Gigabit-RL 2.0) in the notice of the Federal Ministry for Digital and State Modernization dated 13.01.2025 including the ancillary provisions applicable at the time of the notice. The number of addresses in Lot 1 (entire lot) amounts to 538 addresses.
