The district of Hildesheim and the city of Hildesheim are two municipal, public-law employers with a total of approximately 2,800 employees in various occupations. In future, the predominant part of the internal or central training programmes is to be offered in a joint programme, further deepening intermunicipal cooperation between the district of Hildesheim and the city of Hildesheim.
