TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the redesign of the school grounds, the following contents are to be considered as components of the planning services to be awarded: - Redesign of the school grounds including equipment and furnishings with play opportunities, seating, bicycle racks, waste containers, etc., if sensible, then reuse of existing elements - Review/ revision/ reorganization of access and pathways on the school grounds - Revision of the existing ball court for break time use - Enhancement of the property area facing Artur-Becker-Ring - Drainage planning including existing roof drainage systems (soakaway/pit/infiltration shaft) - Ensuring barrier-free access to buildings and open spaces - Planning with student participation Resulting service contents as special services of the service description of the planning task are: 1. Inventory, assessment and evaluation of existing substance: drainage systems, components, materials, fixtures, and vegetation to be protected and preserved (lump sum) 2.
