TENDER DESCRIPTION
The social areas for operating staff/plant service are outdated; the sanitary rooms + break room date from 1978. “Building on an existing site” is not cost-effective. As an attachment, the concept study by the architect Mr. Wagner (Schmees+Wagner Architekten) is enclosed for information purposes as “260508 Vorentwurf Sozialgebäude.pdf”. The contracting authority, MWB GIEßEN, now intends to award the further planning services. The reimbursable costs according to the concept study are approximately €1.55 million net.
