The primary goal is to replace the existing Infoportal with a modern Business Intelligence and reporting platform that provides a central, consistent, quality-assured, and auditable data basis for reporting, analyses, and self-service BI functions. This platform must be adaptable to evolving functional, regulatory, technical, and operational requirements.

The core deliverables and Statement of Work summary are structured around five interconnected main areas, alongside overarching technical requirements:

1. Enterprise Data Warehouse and Data Modeling: This includes the design, establishment, further development, and maintenance of logical data models, integrated data structures, and data mart structures for the new platform, specifically including the implementation of the "Meldewesen" data mart and documentation.

2. ETL-/ELT-Processes and Data Integration: This covers the design, development, maintenance, and optimization of data loading, validation, and transformation processes, including the specification of data flows, mapping rules, transformation logic, data quality rules, error handling, and restart procedures.

3. Reporting, Power BI, and Self-Service BI: This involves the implementation of reports, semantic models, and approved self-service BI functionalities based on data mart structures. The initial project includes two defined target reports and the "Meldewesen" data mart, with further reports to be migrated and developed during the ongoing development phase.

4. Interfaces and Source Systems: This encompasses the functional and technical design for connecting SAP WIBank as the initial operational source system and preparing the architecture for future source systems such as the customer portal, Helaba EDW, and Förderwerk.

5. Application Operation and Support: This entails providing support for ongoing operations, including 2nd Level Support ticket processing and general operational assistance.

Additionally, the contractor is responsible for executing projects and delivering services in training, IT consulting, IT support, and conceptual design. All services must adhere to banking supervisory requirements, including legal provisions and guidelines from regulatory bodies like EZB, EBA, BaFin, and Deutsche Bundesbank (e.g., MaRisk and DORA).
