(1) The contract to be awarded includes the creation of an overall system for waste management in the district of Schmalkalden-Meiningen. The waste management software as the central element for processing the waste management services is used in particular for: - processing the entire process of fee assessment - processing orders - interaction with citizens/customers (online services). A key special feature for the system is that, as of defined dates, the existing data (including master data, container data) must be integrated from the current system.
